Bookends will still carry Manga.

The comic book store is called: 'P.D.W. Enterprises'

They have back issues of a whole bunch of stuff, inc. X-Factor, Batman, and Superman.. along with some related products. Not much to speak of in the way of manga, but generally handy if you're looking for comics.
