Just because you are a storm mage does not mean that you can't follow the path of apollo, just follow his doctrines and commit yourself to his way (wow that almost sounds cultish). I always consider it good for a char to have a specific god, helps with the whole divine intervention and things like that...

ive been looking at the book a bit and toying around with the idea of creating a class, and i have come up with one that suits connacht, and would like to submit it, and also ask for chris's permission to rebuild connacht as this class, it fits his nature more than veteran, in my humble opinion.

Class Dwarven defender, concept bodyguard and protector, able to defend from many sources of harm, shield centered fighting
Skills in combat

1 Brace (as veteran lvl 1)
2 Consciousness ( as veteran lvl 2)
3.spell turning shield, missile ( as paladin lvl 3)

I am out of town for the weekend so I can't get back to you all but here is a brief overview.
1) James, you curse is that you spirit escapes and becomes a Wraith! Watch out!
2) The burning people with the blue flames on their souls... the flames have completely consumed you in the etherial world. You have a sense of your spirit either being purified, tempered, incinerated or scarred... yes, I know that isn't very helpful, it isn't suppose to be. I will meet with you when next I see you to tell you more (probably not this week as I have an Open House to go to, but on the 2nd).
3) The class looks interesting Brandon. No I won't let you rebuild your character as that class, but if that class gets approved, he could certainly start putting levels into it. On a separate note, I want to be clear with everyone that the class generation module of FanWar is not just for making a class for your character that you think would be cool. It should be a class that makes historical or game sense and is really new, not just a selection of all your favorite classes. Furthermore, each person who wants to play that class must get GM permission first (like playing a Specialty Character but harder to get approval). I am going to approve people on a one on one basis. Just because a class exists doesn't mean that anyone can now become that class.
