Board Meeting called to order---6:10pm
Call List:
Discussed the call list and activating it--new procedure will be to call twice, first call will be right after the meeting to ask if the member is aware of our meeting and to ask them if they are interested in attending. The next call will be right before the meeting to ask them if they will be attending the meeting.
Meeting Date:
The board decided to change the meeting date to the third Sunday of each month in hope to get better attendance.
New Business:
The board also discussed talking to Bookends Bookstore and see if we can have a game nite at the store every fourth Sunday. The guild is also looking for any free couches or chairs or even donations to help buy these things.
Jessica Acree has also been given the position of Knight, the position was seconded by Jenn Bunker, Hoard Keeper.
Game Schedule for Fall:
Stephanie's role playing game Grazzt's has had it date changed and is now happening on Sundays. This is a closed game.
Tony's role playing game Frostmourne has had its date changed to Thursday, Nicholas's shadow run will be back up if Frostmourne can't be played.
Jessica's role playing Freakalicous game will begin again on Tues in November.
