NAPA RPG’s RAFFLE RULES

1. Any member not conducting the draw may purchase a ticket.

2. There is no limit as to the quantity of tickets a member may buy.

3. Non-winning tickets are left in the draw.

4. Winning tickets are removed from the draw after having won.

5. Prize for the month will be announced at the meeting.

6. Tickets will be $3 each.

7. A winner need not be present in order for their ticket to win, in this case a phone call will be made if a number has been provided, or an announcement will be made on the forumup.org group if one has not. It is the winner’s responsibility to make arrangements to pick up their prize if they are not at the meeting.

8. Prizes will vary from month to month but will be generally roleplaying related. This may include dice, books, journals, or paraphernalia. In the instance that a ticket wins on an item the owner does not wish, they may declare their disinterest at the time of the drawing, in which case a new ticket will be drawn out, and the original-winning ticket will be returned to the draw.
